Disclosure Package
If multiple buyers request Disclosure Packages, we shall set an offer date to collect all offers.

Review the offer and work with Buyers and agents to ratify a purchase contract.
Escrow & Loan
Work with the title company and your lender, providing all necessary documents.
Signing & Close
Sign the closing documents at the title company and receive all the money!
